Did you know that we have the #1 ranked Canadian lightweight boxer living right here in Calgary? Well, we do! His name is Steve Claggett and I was lucky enough to take pictures of him and his fellow fighters last week.
Coming up on March 6, 7:00pm at the Bowness Sports Complex these guys and girls will take to the ring and get their fight on! With both amateur and professional boxers it should make for a really exciting night! Their advertising is almost ready to go out and I will definitely put a link to their page when it’s up. Tickets are affordable so you should go out and support a fun local cause 
Let’s be honest - it’s not too hard to look at any of these fighters and I hear rumours of pin up style ring girls… so there, are you tempted yet?
I am SO sad that I’ll be out of town that weekend. I would have loved to have gotten some actions shots.
