Come on! I cannot believe how amazing these Calgary High School Students have been.
I have been 100% impressed by each of them. They are all so easy to talk to, seem very comfortable around me, and can carry on a great conversation. With kids like these I feel confident that our future is in good hands.
It is fun to see each one of them show up for their Graduation Session totally excited and ready to do pretty much anything I ask of them. Stand here, lay there, jump higher, don’t smile… which of course always gets me the best laugh 
Not only do these kids have something so awesome to look back on, they have a blast in the process! They all tell me time and time again how much fun they had.
Thanks to this beautiful girl for spending a few sunny hours with me. It was great getting to know you!

Yes, that is what my little guy always asks me. “are you me mom?” When I say yes, he smiles and says “you’re beautiful and I love you”. Ahhh, melt my heart.
It is so much fun to watch our little ones learn and grow, but so sad at the same time. If you’re a parent you know exactly what I mean. I always feel robbed that I have somehow lost an old friend when I see how quickly my kids are growing. I love the people they are and the people they are becoming, but I miss so much the people they were. This is a perfect example of why capturing these precious moments are so important. We only know our kids as they are now and one day we will look back and say… remember when they were that little… or look how young she looks… or remember when he said this…. capture these moments! Photograph them, record them, cherish them. They change so quickly.
For this reason I have made it a point to take my kids out on their very own photo shoot each birthday. It’s a way for us to celebrate the years that have passed and the ones that lie ahead. I will love every moment, every cuddle, every day.
